Labour wins a majority on Folkestone Town Council

Labour got more good news in Folkestone today as the town council election results were announced. Labour gained 9 seats as 10 Labour councillors were elected:
Cheriton East: Jonathan Graham
Cheriton West: Paul Bingham
Central: Abena Akuffo-Kelly , David Horton and Belinda Walker
East: Michelle Dorrell, Connor McConville and Jackie Meade (re-elected)
Harbour: Ray Field and Nicola Keen
The council is now made up of 10 Labour, 6 Conservative, 1 Lib Dem and 1 Foundation.
